Weight Training

!MPACT Strength Training Sessions: (Adults & Teens 13+):  We presently offer this training on Wednesday’s at 5:30 p.m., Thursday’s at 6:30 p.m. and Friday’s at 4:30 p.m.  If you are in need of incorporating more weight & resistance training into your weekly routine – along with some joint integrity work, this session is for YOU!   It is also extremely educational — so you will learn how to weight-train properly.  Whether you are a teenager or adult, we can all benefit from having a certified/degreed trainer there to guide you or correct form as needed.  This greatly reduces the risk of injury and can help you reach your goals so much faster.

It is great for beginners or advanced fitness levels, since the trainer will demonstrate all the strength training exercises you will be performing during the session — and will offer variations for anyone who needs it.  

In this session you will do a variety of weight-training exercises using dumbbells, TRX, kettlebells, weighted equipment, barbells, bands, etc. Trainers will provide guidance if a beginner is unsure of what weight to choose, how to perform the exercise, or how many repetitions to perform – and advanced fitness enthusiasts can be pushed and spotted accordingly.
