FUTURE TRAINER ON BOARD! Baby Kelderman
BEFORE WE GET INTO WHAT’S GOING ON AT !MPACT TRAINING . . . here is a picture that is sure to brighten your day! As many of you know Mike & Christine Kelderman (both trainers here at !MPACT) had a beautiful baby girl they named Rian Colleen. We are delighted to share an adorable pic of our future !MPACT teammate at three months old, wearing her !MPACT shirt and holding her very first (plush) dumbbell – so adorable. Can’t wait for this pandemic to get under control so we can squeeze this little one! Thanks for sharing the picture, Christine!
MAY VIRTUAL GROUP TRAINING SCHEDULE (CLICK HERE): Due to the COVID19 Pandemic, we have had to turn all of our training into Virtual Training. These workouts are perfect for adults and teens/athletes of all fitness levels (as variations are offered for all exercises). And although you can still book private, one-on-one virtual sessions, this May Virtual Group Training Calendar shows you exactly what is being offered EVERY DAY – 10 LIVE SESSIONS EVERY DAY — and the screen allows the trainer and group clients to see and speak to one another – so it’s a great way to stay connected. Recorded versions of each session are provided shortly after the live version ends. So being in this stay-at-home mode due to the virus doesn’t mean we can’t set AND meet our fitness goals by summer. It just means we might need a little bit more of a structured plan. Let us help you – Call Michael for a FREE consultation or to sign up for Virtual Training: 908- 403-7605 #investinyou
!MPACT Virtual ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING: !MPACT Training is still offering one-on-one training, but for the time being this is done Virtually via the Zoom Cloud Meeting App. The appointments are set the same way you would an in-person appointment, and the video screen allows the trainer and client to see and speak to one another – so it’s a great way to stay connected. Many of our clients are already taking advantage of this and really enjoying it. Need an appointment, call Michael @ 908-403-7605.
YOGA: Sunday, May 17th at 9:00 a.m.: We have arranged to bring Erin Chung on board for a ZOOM Yoga session – LIVE at 9:00 a.m. on May 17th! We will be using the same LIVE link that we use for all CURRENT May clients who signed up for Unlimited Training – so this is FREE for clients. Can’t wait to get back inside !MPACT, but until then, we will do our best to bring out workouts to YOU!
*NEW WEIGHT-LOSS PROGRAM: If any of you are feeling like this quarantined life has you eating and drinking more than usual, you’re not alone. Many of us have put on a few pounds and are not feeling our best. So rather than wait for this whole “stay-at-home” mode to be over, let’s take charge of our weight, health and overall fitness! If you are working out with us right now that’s awesome . . . but you made need to take things up a notch. As most of you remember me saying, our nutrition equates to 75-80% of our success. So it’s important to pay attention to calories, as well as macronutrients (proteins, carbs, fats) we are consuming each day. If you’ve always wondered about my 30-Day Nutritional Cleanse BUT are thinking now is not the best time for you to commit to that, I have a different program that might seem more realistic for you at this time. It is all coached virtually, and supplements will be shipped directly to your home. I will help you outline meal plans and incorporate the supplements from the program . . . If you want to look and feel your best by June when the summer is almost here, just text or give me a call to get IN on this NEW weight-loss program: Hill 908-403-7260.

!MPACT PEEPS ALWAYS PAYING-IT-FORWARD
Before we even thank our clients for their donations to the medical staff at Morristown Memorial . . . We can’t even begin to thank all of them for continuing to train with us virtually. They have literally kept us afloat — and we really enjoy our virtual sessions designed to motivate them, keep them on track with their workouts, and keep them sane during this pandemic! And so the giving continues with our amazing clients, as one of them (Mary Cole) knows a nurse at Morristown Memorial and mentioned she wanted to collect some hand cream for the staff because the skin on their hands are so dry and literally cracking from all the handwashing. Mary reached out to see if we could send an email to our clients asking if anyone would be interested in donating hand cream. We happily provided Mary’s address to our clients, and she left a bin on her front steps so people could drive by and drop off donations. This generous group (as always) pitched in to help those fighting on the front lines due to COVID19. Mary sent us these great pics of the staff (SEE PICS IN OUR FULL NEWSLETTER), and she collected 925 lotions and 975 lip balms from the Hillsborough community – including our clients! The staff sends their thanks with photos –ABOVE: “Thank you from the Healthcare Workers at MMC. Your generous donations really made our day! Stay safe!”
NOTE FROM HILLARIE:
Looks like we will be home a bit longer as we continue to flatten the curve, and the government feels this is the right move in order to keep people safe and healthy. I’m thrilled the parks have opened – so let’s get out and get some fresh air while, continuing to practice safe-distancing. We are hopeful the State will allow private training facilities like ours to open in the first phase, since we can completely control the amount of people coming into our facility at a time and keep up with sanitizing it a lot easier (unlike larger open gyms). We have a huge, 4800 sq. ft. facility, and we often get maybe 10-12 people for a bootcamp (sometimes less) so we will be able to really spread out – and keep sanitizing wipes available throughout the facility. And with our one-on-one appointments, there are often only 3 or 4 of us in the facility at a time. Equipment can be easily sanitized in between each user. So we will wait and see! Our trainers Dan and Mike, as well as Michael and myself can’t wait to get back inside our amazing, state-of-the-art facility.
In the meantime, continue to practice good habits for preventing the spread of the virus – like hand-washing often and using hand-sanitizer when necessary; clean countertops, door-handles and commonly-touched surfaces with disinfectant sprays or wipes, only go out if you really need something from the supermarket or pharmacy or place of necessity; stay home if you are sick; self-quarantine for 14 days if you have been exposed to someone with the virus or someone at high risk for exposure; and just do the best you can to STAY HOME. And many THANKS to all the doctors, nurses, EMS workers, hospital staff, police, fire dept – who are all on the front lines helping to keep us safe.
Stay Safe & Healthy . . . as soon as this virus crisis is under control and businesses can open SAFELY, !MPACT Training will be pumped up and STRONGER THAN EVER!
Reach out if there is anything we can help you with. Michael – 908-403-7605
