WHAT IS THIS SEMINAR ALL ABOUT? This is a two-hour interactive seminar that is LIFE-CHANGING and will give you all the tools you need to succeed. This seminar will be offered in-person (space is limited due to following covid19 procedures) – and it will also be LIVE on Zoom for those who prefer to attend from the comforts of their home – or if you’ve registered after the limited number of seats are sold. Whether you join us in-person or LIVE on Zoom, you will receive the booklet that has the secrets to success! This seminar will not only cover the benefits of a solid nutritional plan vs. a fad diet, but at the end of the session we will leave some time to help you fill in an actual meal plan that works for your busy schedule, in addition to taking your food likes/dislikes or food allergies into consideration. The goal of this program is to show you how you can drastically reduce body fat in just 4-8 weeks. It is important to learn what to eat and understand WHY. As you change your present eating habits, you can watch the numbers on the scale go down while feeling improved energy levels.

We are a Personal Training, Small Group Training and Bootcamp facility that offers more private and customized sessions (either 30-minute or 50-minute sessions). Presently, due to Covid19 restrictions, we are operating at 20% capacity so there are a VERY limited number of clients training in our 4,800 sq. ft. facility at a time. Let’s be done in 2021!!! Done with negativity, done with health issues, and done with any daily habits that don’t serve us. Let’s move into a healthier state of mind, and the only reason to look back on 2020 is to reflect on any of the blessings we experienced. My condolences to anyone who lost a loved one to the virus, or even if you, yourself experienced sickness. With the vaccine well on its way being distributed, it is the hope we will find some sense of normalcy as we get deeper into 2021. In the meantime, we take all of the Covid restrictions seriously at !MPACT Training, and we do a great job of sanitizing and fogging while taking temperatures upon arrival, continuing to wear masks, and practicing safe-distancing in an effort to keep everyone as safe as possible. So let’s start thinking about a game plan for 2021! And let us HELP YOU!
