Program Description
By opting in to receive text messages from IMPACT, you agree to receive SMS messages related to IMPACT services.
Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, appointment changes or cancellations, customer service communications, and other service-related notifications.
Consent
Participation in the IMPACT SMS program is voluntary.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to the IMPACT SMS program, you consent to receive recurring text messages from IMPACT at the mobile number you provided.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from IMPACT.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments, scheduling activity, and interactions with IMPACT.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received through the IMPACT SMS program.
Opting Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any IMPACT text message.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. You will no longer receive messages from the IMPACT SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Supported Carriers
Wireless carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through the IMPACT SMS program.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside IMPACT’s control.

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected in connection with the IMPACT SMS program will be handled in accordance with the IMPACT Privacy Policy.

Eligibility
You must be authorized to use the mobile phone number provided when enrolling in the IMPACT SMS program.
If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you should notify IMPACT or opt out before discontinuing use of that number.

IMPACT may update these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to the messaging program, applicable requirements, or business practices.
