This training is for kids (ages 7-12) . . . This is our SPEED/AGILITY/STRENGTH/CONDITIONING PROGRAM . . . and this type of conditioning will help your child improve their strength, speed, agility, balance, quickness, core control and coordination. Even in a group setting, kids are challenged in an age-appropriate fashion. Obviously, weighted equipment is lighter for the younger kids, but our trainers challenge each kid — and the philosophy behind this kind of training is geared towards helping kids build strength in their mid-section (their CORE) through a variety of exercises and drills –and they will love the cutting-edge equipment. They will gain lean muscle — and it’s a great way to cross-train during their sports season or to develop skill in the off-season. One of the biggest challenges for athletes is the ability to change direction quickly. This training will get them ready for anything –so they are ahead of their competition. It is also great for kids who just want to stay active and strong – and have fun doing it. This is a 45-minute training session and is geared for kids who have the desire to get stronger and faster.
