!MPACT BIRTHDAY PARTIES (ages 6+):  Looking for an awesome (AND different) way to celebrate your child’s birthday?  Well, !MPACT has the answer.  When working with exciting equipment like weighted ropes, plyo-boxes, agility balls, and ball rebounders – and then mixing in some fun stations like hurdles, slide-boards, and even a football throw (aiming for the center of huge tire), kids don’t even realize they are exercising.  Party-goers will have the experience of a lifetime using state-of-the art training equipment, just like professional athletes.  Couple that with fun, pop-music, and it is a recipe for a great time.  We add an obstacle-course relay race, and participants finish off with some good old-fashioned dodge-ball.  Our birthday child helps lead the warm-ups too!!  If you have a special request for activities (based on your child’s interest in sports), please let us know.  We will do what we can to accommodate.  To celebrate the guest of honor’s birthday, we serve a refreshing bowl of vanilla or chocolate ice cream (birthday candle for birthday child and we sing “happy birthday”) – along with bottled water — and we do this as we take a brief break after the fun exercise circuit – before we start our relay races and dodgeball.  This sweet treat is also a great way to reward participants for all their hard work.

PRICING & OTHER INFO:  The duration of our parties is an hour and a half, and the cost is $275 (for up to 10 children).  Additional participants can be added at the rate of $19.99 per child (with a maximum of 18 participants).  Birthday parties can be booked up to four weeks in advance.  Parents must sign a registration/waiver for each child attending the party prior to their participation, and we can provide a great invitation you can email to parents along with the registration/waiver.  Parties require a $100 non-refundable deposit.

OTHER PARTIES:  We have had requests to do all sorts of parties . . . “Girls’ Night Out” that included a workout, some helpful nutrition tips and finishing off with a relaxing yoga session.  We’ve also had sports teams request “End-Of-Year” gatherings so they can have some fun with their team-mates . . . whether it is a workout or some dodgeball.  Just give us a call and let us know what you are thinking and we can help you plan it (908) 240-5560 (Sean).

DISCOUNT Training & Nutrition Events for Boys Scouts and Girls Scouts: We offer great educational events for scouts . . . and the charge is minimal per child. This is a personal training camp for children where our motto is “Believe in Yourself and Work Hard”.   Camp is offered for a few weeks each summer from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon (both age groups), and we also offer other similar camps throughout the year (during school breaks, etc).   Please check out our website or call us to find out the weeks we are offering camp.   This is a great way to keep your kids active AND having fun.  At Fit & Fun Camp, the kids participate in organized sports and games, as well as special exercises and drills designed to help them improve their balance, coordination, speed and agility.  Fresh water is encouraged and provided during their training – and we teach them they have to “put back” the water they “sweat out” during exercise. We also take a 15-minute break so they can eat a healthy snack while they are training with us (due to allergy issues, children are required to bring their own snack each day to camp).  While your kids are here for camp, we also spend time each day to talk about the importance of healthy eating, and we teach them about their growing bodies so they learn to fuel for optimal performance.  These young, athletes learn how to fuel their bodies properly and have fun doing it!  And we will always have a Trainer accompanied by “Team Leaders” (camp counselors) so the kids can be divided into age appropriate groups for sports training.  The reason we’ve created the “Tween” age group is so that we can challenge the older kids – and push them a bit harder as they build strength and endurance.   FIT & FUN CAMP VIDEO: Check out our Fit & Fun Camp video from Summer 2012!!
