FALL FUN CAMP: THERE IS STILL ROOM . . . For kids ages 6-13 – week of November 5th — Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. till noon (Hillsborough kids are off that week). Like our Fit & Fun Camp, their day will be filled with sports games, speed & agility drills, age-appropriate strength training, interactive nutrition discussions, fun sports drills and more! WE HAVE DAILY RATES TOO! Your kids can come for a day or two or come all week . . . give us a call for pricing and to lock in your child’s place (908) 428-7978.
HOLIDAY BOUTIQUE: Get a jump start on your holiday shopping while enjoying some refreshments! !MPACT Training is hosting a Holiday Boutique on Thursday, November 15th from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. We will have some unique vendors selling jewelry, handbags, Wildtree Products (simple & healthy foods), Origami Owl Lockets, Mary Kay Cosmetic gift sets, personalized gifts and other accessories! Find something unique for everyone on your list. We will also have $1/minute chair massages along with gift certificates for massages. !MPACT will be offering our Gift Certificates and other pro shop items too, since giving the gift of health can be the best gift of all for someone you really care about. Come out for a social evening to shop at our unique Holiday Boutique! If you are an !MPACT client and are coming for bootcamp at 6:30 p.m. that evening, you can shop before or after your training!
CLOSED Thanksgiving — EXCEPT we are OPEN for one Total Development Bootcamp on Thanksgiving Day. . . Come join us at 8:00 a.m. for bootcamp and then go and enjoy your family, friends, and a few extra calories!
TURKEY TROT — FREE SESSION ON THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING!: Although we are not offering regular training sessions on the Friday after Thanksgiving (November 23rd), we WILL be offering a FREE Turkey Trot session at 8:00 a.m.! Did we mention it is FREE for !MPACT clients AND their family, friends, and neighbors? This is more of a traditional bootcamp (1.5 hours), and it is a mixture of cardio and strength training drills. Portions of this training session will be running (trotting) outside – looping throughout our development, while other portions (intervals) will be indoors using our cutting-edge training equipment. We will have a blast! And I can’t think of a better way to work off that apple or pumpkin pie you probably ate on the night before on Thanksgiving! This FREE session is being offered to adults and teens ages 15+. A short registration/waiver form must be filled out for newcomers, so please arrive by 7:45 a.m. on Friday, November 23rd!
More Info on !MPACT BIRTHDAY PARTIES (ages 6+): If you are looking for an awesome (AND different) way to celebrate your child’s birthday, !MPACT has the answer. When working with exciting equipment like weighted ropes, plyo-boxes, agility balls, and ball rebounders – and then mixing in some fun stations like hurdles, slide-boards, and even a football throw (aiming for the center of huge tire), kids don’t even realize they are exercising. Party-goers will have the experience of a lifetime using state-of-the art training equipment, just like professional athletes. Couple that with fun, pop-music, and it is a recipe for a great time. Participants will finish off with some good old-fashioned dodge-ball. If you have a special request for activities (based on your child’s interest in sports), please let us know. We will do what we can to accommodate. To celebrate the guest of honor’s birthday, we serve a refreshing bowl of vanilla or chocolate ice cream with sprinkles (birthday candle included for birthday child) – along with bottled water. This sweet treat is also a great way to reward participants for all their hard work. PRICING & OTHER INFO: The duration of our parties is an hour and a half, and the cost is $275 (for up to 12 children). Additional participants can be added at the rate of $19.99 per child (with a maximum of 20 participants). Birthday parties can be booked up to four weeks in advance. If you wish to have a longer party, please ask us about pricing. Parents must sign a registration/waiver for each child attending the party prior to their participation.

MADE AN !MPACT AT ARIS!: !MPACT Training was invited to participate in the Auten Road Intermediate School Family Fun Night on Friday, October 12th. There were several local vendors and businesses there, and the night was dedicated to being “drug free” and enjoying time with family. !MPACT set up some fitness stations and a little obstacle course with agility equipment so kids could stop by and try it out. The kids had a ball, and so did we! We were also delighted to be stationed right next to one of our favorite vendors, The Circus Place – also located in Hillsborough. How nice we both made the cover of the Hillsborough Beacon after this event! If you have an event that you would like !MPACT to attend, please call us!
